 Stop that biting!
My Yorkie too is teething. He is really spunky and can bite hard! I read in a dog training book to yelp in a high pitched voice when he is biting, but not too loud, and turn your back and stop playing with him for a few mins. It works for awhile, but he will bite again, but just keep on doing it. It seems that overtime it works quite well. My Yorkie doesn't bite as hard. I try to distract him with toys.
