 I did my own tile too
sealers suck first pour urine cleaner on let it go over night take fine sand paper and sand grout to take off surface stain then reseal and take high gloss floor wax and paint brush and apply to grout that has been sealed 24hrs prior I used 3 coats first time let dry in between coats and every other month I wax grout again the grout shines and easy to clean I have not had a stain in six months I have 5 dogs and 1 4yr old |
