Lily is back in the hospital....I woke up at 3am to feed the babies and she was doing horrible. Breathing sounded extremely raspy and shallow.....she was moaning and hardly had any muscle control. Took her to vet right away...doctor said that the infection from the mastitis has spread deep down into the leg and is taking over her tiny body.....might have pnemonia. They put her on IV and 3 antibiotics to try and get her stabalized.......so sad. Pups are doing great though, here is a pic from this morning.....after feeding and stimulating them...sleeping comfortable with their stuffed animal.
I will keep everyone updated.......please keep Lily in your prayers....she really needs them!!!!!!! By the way, if anyone else has had anything similar to this with their yorkie, please let me know what to expect. |
