I have emailed the OSPCA to see what they suggest I do to make a formal complaint, I am waiting to hear back from them. And I also sent a letter to the editor of our local newspaper this afternoon, hopefully I will hear something back from them. why don't you go in person and talk to the senior vet that runs the office i would want to know what was going on if i had a buisness like that!
