I would DEFINATELY get the vet to retest her stool sample for parasites. She might have coccidia or giarrdia. If it comes back negative again, you should really ask the vet what to do about her loose stools. You do not want her getting dehydrated. It would be dangerous.

Good things to food her for her tummy are boiled chicken and white rice (as much as she'll eat, really), canned pumpkin, plain yogurt, and cottage cheese.

Please keep us updated on how your baby is doing. Definately take her to the vet and get her checked out. Yorkies are just too small to risk dehydration.
