I can understand your concerns after hearing about that poor yorkie
when my friends and I rented a house boat for the weekend we always made sure they have the jackets on and we keep them on! also I bring a playpen and keep them in it. and just keep them within your site at all times, just like you would an infant or child.. and welcome to yorkie talk!!
