If it gets really cold, maybe put her in a room with a small electric heater set to go on and off? Just a thought.
My Dad used to have one in his huge dog house. It was up off the floor and he built a flap over the door to hold the heat in, the dogs could still go in and out as they pleased. I fussed about it when I was young and he said the dogs were warmer than we were.
