If I were in that situation, I would take over the responsibility of the mother. when she bites, snap at her and nip her. It has to be instantaneous, or it will have no affect on her. You can use your hand to do this, but I believe that i would use my mouth.
Chachi chewed at my hand one time while I was carrying both of them, and he wantd down. I had no free hand to correct him, so I snapped at him, with myf mouth, and he never did it again.
It's the only language they understand, so to simplify thing, speak to them in their own language. |
