Did your dog have the chip inserted??? If so I would call all the vets and kennels that board dogs and tell them your Yorkie is missing, and ask if they can scan any dogs that come in that are new around the age your yorkie is... that way if some one found him and decided to try and keep him, he would be scanned and your phone and name will come up from the chip. Alert groomers in your area also, even if they can't scan him, they can call with any new dogs coming in around his age. They may even ask questions like, so how long have you had this dog? Where did you get him? It's worth a try. You and your family and your baby dog are in my prayers...
