We were having the same problem with lexi when we first brought her home. I called the vet and he said to wait a few days to see if she could clear it herself. I asked around to see who else express the glands and I was told petsmart does it. I never checked into it bc she took care of it herself but it might be worth looking into if a groomer can do it.
