Maybe you could switch the brand of pill you're on. Each brand/type has a different mixture of hormones. I'm on Yasmin 28. I used to have to take Vicodin (pain killers) for my cramps. Since I started Yasmin I haven't had cramps.... well, barely, but it's nothing to speak of and it's usually a "zing" here and there for a day.
