I have to chime in here. I adopted a nine month old, 3.3lb baby girl and she was sick. I have studied and found that so many tiny dogs have such a higher chance of health issues than larger ones. If I ever buy or adopt another little one, I will definately look for one between 6 and 10 lbs. It is so hard to watch these babies suffer with failing health because of their size! Maybe do some searches on the risks of pups so tiny, then go from there. No offense intended here, just looking to save some heartache, then mine won't be in vain. |
