I think this is probably a subject where we can all agree to disagree. Everyone has their own opinion on this. I prefer the docked tails, because I like the look of the standard yorkie. I don't think my baby resents me for her tail being docked
and I'm sure it is no more painful than newborns getting circumsized or getting their ears pierced.
Just my 2 cents. But everyone has their own opinions on this matter as different people like different looks.
