I take a quality dry puppy food (no corn, no meat by -products) and put it into a food processor and turn it into a powder. I do a big batch all at once. I then take the dry, mix in a little quality puppy can, and hot water, instead of water you could use puppy milk replacer and serve warm four or five times a day. Put enough liquid to make a soupy gruel, more that she can lap us than chew. She is probably fine without a bottle, if she is eating the meals you are feeding. Get a kitchen scale and keep a close eye on her weight. If she is losing weight than you need to find out why.

Use a heating pad on low underneath a towel to keep her warm.
