I crate Molly when we are gone and at night. She is so used to it that when we put our shoes on she goes and gets in by herself. When my human kids bug her she so in. I tell them to leave her alone. that is her quiet safe place. She just turned 6 months. I left her for 5 hours yesterday and she didn't have an acciedent. That is the longest I have kept her in except at night. I know it sounds mean but it is the only way I have been able to get her not to go everywhere. Give it a go. You will be amazed.
