I have had moms leave dark stains after 3 weeks but not bright red blood. Did your vet gie her oxytocin to clean her out within 24 hours after whelping? Are you sure she does not have a whole or portion of retained placenta. If she were my dog, I would take her to the vet for an x-ray. She might have pyometria and it is extremely important to have her treated if necessary. Any temp? Eating well?
