So this lady was watching her dog while it almost got hit? Oh dear...If she doesn't care if the dog is dead, why does she care if someone else takes the dog? Some people I swear...
Last night at the homes across the street from me, a little white doggy was funny around outside. There are coyotes, deer, and Lord knows what other wild animals in the forest right NEXT to their house! When Rocky saw this dog he ran up to him, and the dog ran to his front door and started barking, and someone let him in. I just couldn't believe someone would let their dog free-roam like that, number one because all dogs here have to be leashed, and number 2 (but most importantly) because of the wild animals. If I see these neighbors I am going to inform them of the animals.
