You can be sure Vet bills and general care will cost way more than the purchase price of a YOrkie, guaranteed! You also have to think about all the work and time between hugging it when you go to sleep (and it doesn't want to sleep yet) and when you get home. What happens when you are gone to school, work etc.
There are many threads on this forum about the overwhelming responsibility and advice sought after because the puppy was not quite as easy as it was thought. THis is a huge responsibility.
Start by being responsible to save up the purchase price and at least another $500 for stuff and emergencies.
