First off, stop panicking...............lol 
Your baby is absolutely stunning, and as many others have mentioned in your other posts....................he might be a slow growing silky coat. Mine is about the same age and looks no different in coat as yours. I know he may not be beautiful to others, but to ME he is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. No one could tell me otherwise.............lol
His parents both have silky coats and are stunning. Be patient, your furball will grow a beautiful coat soon!
