Yes, I also think that maybe he has something else mixed with him or it could be just bad breeding. If your girlfriend doesn't mind him possibly not looking quite up to par for a yorkie, I would go see him and if she falls in love, I would ask the lady to lower the price and not worry about the registration papers as it looks like she's not really sending them in anyway. On a sadder note, why would you breed him, that's the question I would ask her? And make sure that she has time to get him to a vets for a quick check up to make sure he's healthy. He just looks too sad for me
