Into Google and you'll find plenty! It was written by a man nammed Stanley Boughrous (I so butchered that last name!!!) And you can buy the booklet online for under 5 buck at alot of sites.... Its really helpfull to have the book!!!! Cause there is ALOT OF MISINFORMATION out there.. and it is a bit extreme as most people will point out to you... so doing it to the letter and doing it right is the only safe and sane way to do it! But I've done plenty of them and they are not going to harm or kill you as long as you do it the way it is meant to be done.... GET THE BOOK... The right info! Its a little yellow Booklet! Been around Forever!
