If the female tied with the mixed breed, that means she was ready and is VERY likely to have produced pups to him. You should not buy from this litter if you are paying full price. A breeder doesn't have to give a discount to repeat buyers, that is just by choice. In PA a pup isn't, by law, allowed to leave until it is 8 weeks old. Honestly, I would highly suggest that you do not buy from her at this time. Don't fight your gut instinct on this one....I believe you'll regret it in more ways than one
