Default What's with my breeder?

We've been thinking about getting Emma a sister a lot lately!!!

I've been in touch with the breeder we got her from over the past couple of months, and she has been great about keeping me up to date about when she thought she'd have another litter of puppies. We were really excited because it would be the same parents, and we love our baby's sweet personality and the way she looks.

Our breeder didn't know her dog was in heat, and found her female tied with a misc. terrier mix-Oops! (they live in a rural area-he was visiting!) She took the female to visit the stud she usually uses, and bred her again, hoping to get pure Yorkies.

The puppies were born earlier this week!!! She had two girls and a boy-we want another little girl! I'm really excited, but I have some weird feelings about it:

-She says they're pure Yorkies...but I'm a little skeptical-shouldn't they be DNA'ed first to confirm???
-What happens if we later find out the puppy is NOT actually Yorkie, but a mix? Is there anything we can do?
-She's selling them for $200 and $300 more than we paid for Emma. They should be the same size (5 pounds). Aren't there usually better prices for repeat buyers?
-She says the pups will be ready to go at 7-8 weeks! Isn't that too early? We brought Emma home between 8-9 weeks, and wished we'd waited until she was 11-12 weeks. We had lots of problems trying to potty train, let alone SLEEP those first few weeks, but after 11 weeks or so, she was MUCH better...
-I asked her if we could put a deposit on one, or even pay in full, and have her keep it with the mother until at least 10 weeks-she said no! She wants them to go by 8 weeks. Is that illegal? I thought I read something about that on here...
-Also, she said that they don't need to stay with the mother after they're weaned and that they're weaned at 5 weeks. She said she does let them stay with the mother at night, but they don't nurse. I remember that Emma was still trying to nurse when we picked her up at 8-9 weeks-is that normal? The mommy dog didn't really let her, and she was eating kibble at that point-but 5 weeks seems early to be weaned.
-She insists they need to go younger so that they'll be "easier to train", and they'll be ready just before Christmas. I'd rather wait until January, due to work schedules, and we're trying to buy a house in the beginning of the year, so we'd want to know exactly what our plans are before bringing the new puppy home.

I just don't understand why all of the sudden she's charging more, and wants the pups to go so early. Any ideas? Does this sound fishy to anyone else? Any advice?

Thanks so much in advance! You all are usually so helpful, I appreciate it!
