My yorkie Toby has his tail intact and I love to see him wagging his tail in response to something I've said. He wags his tail in his sleep if someone whispers(I got into the habit of whispering to my daughter that we should walk him after tea,etc, and now if anyone whispers on tv or anything his little tail wags like mad).
