When I first got my female I was shocked to pay $600 but that was a family price. I see them advertised way up there, now it shocks me to see them under $600. My first litter just turned 6 weeks and with all of the work that went into raising them, and the time that a breeder has to spend with them I trully understand why breeders charge more than $600. Even if they are only pet quality. I know that if I was earning a wage per hour it would be less than $2 hr. Selling them is not about the money but there are expenses that need to covered. I think if people find what they are looking for for less than that is great for them. My females all sold for $800, I still have my male. They are pet quality with excellent pedigrees.
