YOu know, my hubby really didn't want any more dogs. While my lab was still living he would warn, after this one is gone no more pets... Well our lab died and 2 years later I wanted a yorkie,and started showing him pics on the computer...My daughter was very excited about it and hubby was not. He got upset with me for pushing the issue, so i backed off.
Only when he played with one at the pet store did he change his mind... He LOVES this little dog. Lets him lick his face! (NEVER IN 25 YEARS OF MARRIGE HAS HE LET ANY PET LICK HIS FACE!)
Don't go behind his back... He wants you to respect him. He will come around in time. Buy a yorkie book and read up on them when he is around... Show hm the pics and if you go to the mall see if there are any there to play with!
