What kind of replies???? Have you actually called a show exhibitor in your area and asked to be mentored?? Are you going by what you have asked on here or has someone you contacted actually said to you that they would not help you learn?
Speaking only from personal experience I have found show exhibitors MORE than happy to share information and mentor a serious person.
But if they see this that has been written here it wouldn't surprise me one bit if I found they were less than willing to help from now on.
