Max is a biewer yorkie and I get that question all the time. I find myself saying "No, really, he IS a yorkie" all the time and almost kind of defending his coloring. Usually after I explain the cliff notes version of the German Biewer Yorkie history, I get a "ahhhhhh" but I know they're still thinking ok, what did she just say? lol
When I took him to my vet the first time, he found Max so interesting that he immediately did a biewer search online (while we were still there) and seemed even more intrigued. It was kind of cool to see his excitement. |
