ps...it's not the yankees pitcher - It was his plane - lots of people let Flight Schools rent their aircraft - it helps keep the plane flying and it's making money for them rather than sitting -
they're saying here it was a student AND his flight instructor....75 hours in flight training - the Flight Instructor should have never let this happen unless he couldn't stop it - what a horrible thing....
ps...I worked at a flight training school & spent lots of time in small aircraft - the instructors have complete control even in the right seat
