The first time I noticed Logan having these lumps was shortly after he was neutuered, so I took him to my moms (big animal expert) to see if we needed to call the vet. By the time we got there they were gone (like 5 minutes). He has sense gotten these lumps on & off, it's usually when he first wakes up or starts to get excited. It has something to do with getting an erection. Like when he gets excited those glands fill with blood or something (this is just speculation). I did talk to my vet about them & it's nothing to worry about, it's just more pronounced in some dogs. This was my first male dog so some of these things are a little bit shocking.
