What a sweet little post. I wish I could think of a way to assure that you are not "taken advantage" of.....with you being so young, I would just be very careful. Dont rush it.... Don't try this alone....get someone to go with you if you look at a puppy..OK? The best bet is here though. Everyone is so very nice. Sometimes there are circumstances where a poster comes on this site to find a good home for their yorkie. Just keep reading and waiting. Maybe with a little help and faith, someone will be able to help you.
