Thank you guys so much! it is just a tough pill to swallow to anihilate the other section, then fail the ethics (arguably the most important part) by 1/2 point! I am working on assembling a team of experts, literally (4 fellow classmates, 2 professors, and a ethics consultant) to pour over my answers and find places that points should have been awarded. The goal is to find like 3 or 4 whole points I should have gotten, and did not...After that well I can request a hearing to argue that to fail me given that I recieved a 162 (missing only 18 points) on the other portion it is clear I meet the minimum standard of competancy and it would be "manifestly unjust" to fail me...The real problem is the time lost due to the computer melt down, and that I may not have enough material to even have them review it on the appeal and I did sign a release regarding the possibility of computer meltdown!

So thank you all for thinking of me, I am really not coping well with this...In sum what law school got me was a sleep disorder (I can never sleep now), a failure complex, $120k in student debt, and a whole lot of anxiety...So if any of you YTers out there are considering it, I strongly reccomend rethinking that decision
