Yep that's his weanie alright. And what (I think) you thought was the uretha was the opening to the sheath, the covering to his weanie. And the actual uretha is a hole in the red thing. I'm a farm girl and most animals around are kind of like that, bulls, horses, elephants. They have such big weanies compared to the rest of their body that when they are not using it, it goes and hides in the sheath. That's why some times when you see a horse standing out in the pasture you are like OMG that is so big and other times it doesn't look like there is any thing there. Best of luck to you and Cash.
