If you have a little rubbing alcohol on hand you could stick a drop in her ear. This is what I do to my kids when they get water stuck in their ears after swimming. The alcohol evaporates really fast and some how takes the water with it. Also if your close to a pet supply place (we are 3 hours from a pet co or anything like that) you can get something there. I have a ear powder that works well and I'm sure they have a few different items that would work.
