The reason I said what I said is because:

What if he does/ends up having an assymptomatic UTI (shows no typical signs and symptoms). The bacterial infection could travel to his kidneys. 3 weeks is an awful long time to do a second urinalysis.

My very personal opinion is that I would be taking my baby to another vet STAT!
