the vet said the the number of white blood cells is minimal it could be nothing or it could be utc, cyst or tumor, that's why he wants me to bring him back in 3 weeks for another urine analysis .
The vet also asked me to monitor his water consumption for 3 days : if he drinks more that 150 ml a day then its abnormal and i will have to take him back to the vet on wednesday for further tests
