I am trying to talk my hubby into getting smaller dog, like another yorkie lol but he wants a big dog.. so maybe he will wait till he gets out of the army and get are home, so we will have a bigger yard from him/her to play in.

To be honest...I don't want a boxer either, lol. My mom and step dad's are sweet but just not for me...and they can't wait to pee on my tires
But being the huge animal lover I am I can't help but love them.
My sister has a whippet. Now talk about a sweet "mid sized" dog! He can go from playing rough in the yard to a big ol' pussy cat lounging around the house in a flash! He has a very "human like" personality. But he's a sight hound and a tall fence is a MUST. A sight hound will go after anything that moves no matter how far they have to chase it. But on the other hand thats why he's so much fun to play ball with. BTW, he lives with a 4 lb male yorkie and they get along great.
