I do three puppy shots - (parvo, distempter, parinfluenza, aden. II) no lepto, no corona;

Booster (parvo, distemper, paraninfluenza, adenovirus II) no lepto, no corona one year later, then skip two years;

I use modified live vaccines.

Rabies somewhere around 9 months; skip two years

All vaccinations cease after any of mine reach 7 years.

I have never given lepto, corona, bordatello, lyme, giardia. My puppies do not have any reaction to the vaccines, they are not sleepy or anything, couldn't even tell they had anything done. Sometimes I wonder if it's because I do them at home so they don't have the added stress of the vet visit????? I will also say I have never had an "allergic" dog, but I will have to add that fleas are nonexistent here in the desert, so I don't have to use frontline or any of those other flea insecticides, but if I had fleas I still wouldn't I would go for a natural remedy because a lot of dogs have serious reactions to these products.

Sweet Sophia, I definitely believe that not over vaccinating had a lot to do with their health and longevity.
