Well, I may be causing trouble here.........but I say get one of those carriers that look like purses and sneak her in. Who cares what that person says? Of course once she is a service dog, you won't have to worry about that, but for now, what the superintendent doesn't know won't hurt her.
What happens in the in laws condo.......stays in the inlaws condo. LOL.
