AprilLove used to do the exact same thing! How old is your pup? I really think they need time to adjust and to learn that you are always going to be there. With AprilLove, she grew out of it around 4 months old. I would keep her in the bathroom with me and talk while I showered. I also peeked out ever couple minutes to give her some reasurrance. She also had toys on the floor to play with (and toilet paper when I wasn't bright enough to not roll the paper back onto the roll
