Thanks for the tips.

Angel usually sleeps in the crate and does not get car sick. I'm not clear about the feeding. Do you suggest feeding her before we leave and then each time we eat? We usually "demand" feed her and when she eats is really quite random. It averages out to about 1/2 cup per day. I do not think she will eat at the times we give hetr the bowel. Is it ok to attach a inside the crate and let her eat as desired? Then I could offer her water each time we stop for a potty break (about every 1-2 hours).

We do have a Sherpa-like bag and I'm trying to get her introduced to it by throwing kiblets and/or cheerios inside. If she eventually cooperates and allows me to carry her in the bag, how do you keep her quiet in the fast food / chinese/ motel rest.?
