We travel extensively with our boyz in our pickup, pulling a fifth wheel travel trailer. We mostly do picnics so that we can all eat together. But since we are on the road for so much in the summer, you can only stand sandwiches for so long. We do go inside to eat sometimes, but ONLY when we can park the pickup where we can see it at all times while we are seated in the restaurant. This makes for some false starts - when we go in and can't sit where we can see the pickup, we have to find another place. Also, since we travel in the summer, the heat is sometimes a consideration. But most of our traveling is in the mountains so the heat is not so much of a problem - except when we get near home (Texas).
