 XCountry by car. Tips?
We will be going from PA to AZ this Jan-Feb with "Angel" who will be 8 mo. She has done well in a crate to CT with potty stops every 1-2 hours. I have reserved 4 motels at 500 mile increments who allow pets. We have 2 portable xpens and Angel is potty trained to use indoor pads primarily and grass secondarily. I'm concerned about meals, and tentatively plan on eating takeouts since I'm not sure about leaving her alone in the car or motel for the 30+ minutes needed to eat. Since this is our first multi-day trip for Angel, any suggestions would be appreciated.
