He's learning to go on the pads, and he has a really nice personality, so I don't think puppy mills necessarily make for personality issues unless they're genetically nutso. I was concerned that he was healthy, and according to the vet, there are no puppy mill problems, so I just stopped caring.
Let me know when you're coming to NY again. I'm retiring in November and will have free time!!!

Puppy Petite is the on line web site name, at the store it is Puppy Boutique,(is this what others are calling a puppy mill?) how funny, maybe our babies are related?? Sissy's mom was Penelope and her Dad was Chester, her birthday was April 2, 2006, human owner was Mike & Sandra Myers (it looks like) I use pads also for both mine. Chloe is 9 months older then Sissy. I love her but she had really bad human problems and was so afraid, therefore I am glad she had Chloe to trust until she started trusting me

And yes, I will let you know when I head back to G'ma's house . Wish I was retiring some days ha ha, but then I'd be bored to tears and Chloe hates when I cry
