It is so fruustrating that people get by with this stuff. And what is worse yet, they don't care at all about the dogs.
I'm sure that one day she will get caught. You have done all that you can, and you managed to rescue one of them. I hope that she makes it, because I doubt that her 1 year guarantee is worth the paper that it is written on. |
