I agree these scammers must be stopped. I agree that screwing with the scammer can be great fun. And I am more than willing to do my part. Matter of fact, I have already started. Below is a response I got from a scammer and my response to him.

This works out wonderfully. I will be coming to West Africa in 7 days and I am staying in Contonou, Benin at the Novotel Orisha hotel. I will take both puppies. I will pick them up while I am in Africa. There will be no need for the puppies to be shipped, I will take them with me on my return to the US. I will make all arrangements for their travel and health certificates etc., during my stay in Africa.
I will be in Africa at least a month so there is plenty of time for me to get all clearances for the puppies to leave Africa and come to the US.
I have business in Africa and also have appointments with the American Embassy, there. I would like to get the puppies as soon as I arrive in Africa, which will be a week from today.
Please email me back and I will give you all the necessary information so that we can meet and I can get the puppies. I would like for you to come to the Novotel Orisha hotel with the puppies and for you to be my guest at dinner. The hotel has a very nice dining room with good food. I can also introduce you to several of my associates that work in the American Embassy. Maybe they can be of some help to you with your work in Cotonou.
