My oldest Peaches has done that "honking" sound since she was little. My vet explained to me that in the throat of the yorkie there are little "rings" which when the dog makes the honking sound it is when those little rings collapse a little in their throat. He said it was nothing to worry about and the collapsed trachea which is somewhat common in yorkies was not her issue. My youngest one does not make that noise at all.........I would still ask your vet to check your baby. |
