Well, Basil did well over the weekend with only one vomitting episode. She ate today well and although the vet said she could come home today I asked her to keep her one more day just to see how she held the food down. (For my peace of mind more than anything.) She said she was chipper this morning too so that's good.
I'll be able to call the vet again tomorrow around 10. She said if she did well overnight, I'd be able to take her home.
