She is fine with only one kidney, just like people dogs can live a full, happy life with only one. It is however nice to know that if your kidney goes bad you will have another to fall back on. I'm not to worried about her health, I know she is ok and I would do anything for her no matter the cost. I'm just really sad. She is one of my babies and I hate to hear something isn't right. I wanted to have a big family and after my second daughter was born I was told NO more babies. Well, I found a way to make up for that, I have Lexi and plan to get another when she is about a yr old . My youngest is 6 (started Kindergarten last fall) so my husband got me Lexi and she is one of my girls. She is taking this much better than I am. It is just so sad and I'm so parinoid about someone not breeding properly.
