Mojo has only used a belly band on very few occasions, but they have always been with a panty liner, because he never "peed" in them. BUT the belly band we had bought was on that vlecros to itself (so it is adjustable) and it came with HUGE pads....we tried one of those they first time we put it on him, but he was pretty uncomfortable, so we moved on to liners....now, we don't use a belly band (anywhere we go).
